SeaHouse is a boutique real-estate brokerage devoted entirely to Egypt's North Coast — from Marina 1 to Marsa Matrouh. We sell and rent premium chalets and villas inside the coast's most respected compounds, and we do nothing else.
Our story
SeaHouse was founded by a small team of North Coast residents who were tired of fragmented listings, inconsistent service and brokers who treated the coast as a side market. We built the company we wished existed: a single, trusted destination for the best chalets and villas on the North Coast, run by people who know the addresses personally.
Today we work with owners and buyers across Marina, Marassi, Hacienda Bay, Porto Golf and Marseille Beach 4 — and across the rest of the coast, from Sidi Abdel Rahman to Ras El Hekma.
